    Voice AI prescriptions

Speak the way you already speak to a patient, in English or Hindi. The AI turns it into a structured prescription with drug, dose, timing and duration, and you check it before it goes anywhere.

    Safety checks before you sign

New medicines are checked against what the patient is already taking and against the allergies on file, and flagged while there is still time to change them.

    Before you sign
    Interaction check
Atorvastatin with current Telmisartan: no known interaction.
    Allergies
Nothing on file conflicts with this prescription.
    Duplicate therapy
    No second statin already running.

How it works

Three steps, and the paperwork is done.

Nothing about your consult changes. What changes is that you stop writing it out twice, once for the patient and once for the file.

  1. Open the patient

Pick them off the live queue. Their history, current medicines and last prescription are already on screen.

  2. Talk through the consult

Dictate your findings and plan. The AI writes them down as you go and structures the prescription in the format you would have written by hand.

  3. Check and sign

Read what it produced, fix anything you want changed, and sign. It reaches the patient on WhatsApp and files itself into the EMR.

One price, and 30 days to decide.

Questions

What doctors ask before they start.

What is Chikitsalay Care?

Chikitsalay Care is an AI digital clinic for doctors. It combines voice AI prescription writing, digital patient assessment, an electronic medical record and a live OPD queue in one workspace, so a clinic runs without paper files or handwritten prescriptions.

Does the AI decide the treatment?

No. The AI never prescribes. It listens to what the doctor dictates and writes it down in a structured, legible form. Every prescription is reviewed and signed by the doctor before it reaches the patient, and nothing is sent without that signature.

Does the voice dictation work in Hindi?

Yes. Dictation handles English and Hindi, including the mix of the two that most Indian consults are actually conducted in. Drug names are carried through exactly as spoken.

How long does it take to set up?

About two minutes. If you already have a public clinic page on Chikitsalay, paste its link and your profile and clinic details are pulled in for you. There is no new password: a code is emailed to the address on your account.

What does it cost?

Two plans, both per doctor per month. Basic is Rs 999 and carries the whole clinic, unlimited: the queue, appointments, the prescription pad, writing by hand with a stylus, patient records, labs and reports, patient recalls, billing on the front desk, video consultations and your public clinic page, however many patients you see. The AI plan is Rs 299 a month plus Rs 1 for each prescription the AI writes, and adds the two things the AI does: dictating the consult into a structured prescription, and reading the patient's history back to you before you start.

So how much will I actually pay?

On Basic, Rs 999 and nothing more, at any number of patients. On the AI plan, Rs 299 plus Rs 1 for every prescription you hand to the AI. A doctor running 20 consults a day through it writes about 500 a month, so Rs 299 plus Rs 500, which is Rs 799. At 40 a day it is Rs 1,299. The calculator on the pricing page works out your own number.

Is there a limit on how many patients I can see?

No. The queue, the records and the prescription pad are unlimited on every account, whether you see ten patients a day or two hundred. The only thing that is counted is the prescriptions the AI writes, and that is because each one costs us money to produce. Anything you write yourself, typed or by hand, is free, on either plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days, with everything switched on including the AI, so you can judge the voice prescriptions before you pay for them. No card is needed to start, and if you do nothing at the end of the trial the account simply stops rather than charging you.

I do not have a clinic page yet. Can I still use it?

Yes. Create your public clinic page at linkedr.chikitsalay.in/join first, which takes a couple of minutes, and then sign up here with that link.

Can I do video consultations?

Yes. A video visit is an ordinary appointment with a room attached, so it sits on the same queue, uses the same prescription pad and carries the same fee as a visit in the clinic. The patient gets a WhatsApp invite and joins from a browser link, with no app to install and no account to create.

Can my front desk use it too?

Yes. The front desk registers walk-ins, takes vitals and manages the appointment queue, and everything they enter is on the doctor's screen the moment the patient is called in.

Where is patient data stored?

Records stay in your clinic's account and are reachable only with a signed-in session. Patient pages are never exposed to search engines or to anyone outside your clinic.

Your last day of handwritten prescriptions.

Bring your clinic in, dictate your first consult today, and let the AI do the writing from here on.
